Each silk is hand painted by Yelena Noah and is infused with symbolism and meaning. The Madingwa kimono is adorned by the lotus flower (symbolizing enlightenment, purity & strength through adversity) & the Akuaba doll (symbolizing fertility and often used as a talisman for luck and good fortune).
